Frequently AskedQuestions
What kinds of activities can I create?
+
Free templates include Card Match, Roulette, and Gacha. Pro unlocks Millionaire Quiz, Writing Practice, Scrambled Sentence, Emoji Cards, and Crossword Puzzle.
What are Classroom Tools?
+
Free utilities for everyday teaching: Greetings Board, Writing Pad, and Random Picker. They are available on both plans.
How do I share an activity with my class?
+
The fastest way is the student link. You can also open an activity from My Activities and show the QR code for instant scanning. For large classes, share the link via a Learning Management System like Google Classroom.
What can I do from My Activities?
+
My Activities is your saved activity library. From each activity menu you can open the share page, show the original content, edit or duplicate eligible activities, switch an activity into another format, move it into folders, share it to the community, export offline HTML when available, view supported leaderboards, rename it, or delete it.
Can I organize saved activities into folders?
+
Yes. My Activities includes folder tools for organizing saved activities. You can create folders, move activities between folders, and rename, move, or delete folders as your library grows.
Can I reuse an activity in a different format?
+
Yes. Supported saved activities can be duplicated or switched into another activity format from My Activities, so you can reuse the same classroom content in more than one way.
Do students need accounts?
+
No. EduBento is teacher-facing only, so students can open activities without creating logins.
How can I run activities in class?
+
You can run them teacher-led on one device connected to a projector or TV, or student-paced on one device per student, pair, or group.
When should I use offline export?
+
Use offline export when your classroom setup needs it, such as unreliable internet, teacher laptops connected to projectors, or supported devices that need a local file instead of a link.
How long do activity links and files last?
+
Free activities remain accessible for 4 months. Pro activities are built for long-term use.
Can I edit an activity after generating it?
+
Editing is available on Pro. On the free plan, you can always build a new activity from the same content.
Does it work on iPhone and iPad?
+
iPhone and iPad do not support opening downloaded HTML files directly, so those devices should use the online link for the first launch.
Can students use activities at home too?
+
Yes. Send the student link for the easiest access at home, or share the downloaded file to supported devices when offline use makes more sense.
What happens if I cancel?
+
Your existing activity links and downloaded files stay usable until their expiry. You just lose access to new generations and editing tools going forward.
