Terms for using EduBento
These terms describe the basic rules for using EduBento, maintaining an account, and downloading classroom activity files from the service.
Use of the service
EduBento is provided for creating and downloading classroom activity files. You are responsible for the content you create and for using the service in compliance with school rules, copyright law, and applicable privacy obligations.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by EduBento's own security failure.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are governed by the subscription plan shown at checkout. If a subscription is cancelled or expires, access to paid features may change at the end of the applicable billing period.
Generated files and content ownership
You retain responsibility for the educational content you upload or author. EduBento retains ownership of the platform, templates, branding, and software used to generate the downloadable files.
Acceptable use
You may not use EduBento to distribute unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious material, interfere with the service, or attempt to reverse engineer protected platform functionality beyond what is permitted by law.
Service changes
EduBento may update the service, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
