How EduBento handles your information
This policy explains what information EduBento collects, how it is used, and what to keep in mind when creating offline classroom activities.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide to create and manage your EduBento account, such as your name, email address, and subscription status. We also store the activity content you create so you can manage, download, and reuse your files inside the product.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, generate offline activity files, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Offline activity files
Generated HTML files are designed to work offline. They include the content you authored, along with a visible teacher watermark, so you should avoid including student personal data unless you are comfortable distributing it inside the downloaded file.
Third-party services
EduBento relies on service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, database, and payment processing providers. Those providers only receive the data needed to perform their services for EduBento.
Your choices
You can update your profile details, manage your subscription, and request account deletion from within the product. Deleting your account removes access to the platform, subject to any records we must retain for legal, billing, or security reasons.
